We’ve experienced tremendous growth since forming in September 2018. We’re always open to reviewing the resumes & project lists of high-quality, class-A field professionals. To be considered, all submitted resumes must pass through two layers of scrutiny before it reaches senior staff for review. Submit confidently, but respectfully understand that only about 20% of submissions reach a first interview.
Competitive weekly pay guaranteed by 3 p.m. every Friday via direct deposit

Supers on Demand maintains the philosophy that a superintendent has just as much of an impact, if not more, than any other role in the field. We have supers that are specifically requested by GC’s and their clients to run projects due to their past performance and attention to detail. Strong abilities to precisely communicate information to project managers, owner’s reps and field subs is at the core of a strong performing superintendent’s role. Never being vague and always being clear with all involved parties results in the lack of lost time and money. In the end, saving our partner GC’s time and money is what’s most vital in an industry where time and money savings are paramount.
A superintendent’s experience can be the key difference in how smoothly a project runs. Supers on Demand supers all have a minimum of 5 years experience as full time supers actively working in the field. With an average field experience level of 15 years, our corporate GC partners demand that we only provide them with seasoned veterans. Respectfully, we ask all applicants of Supers on Demand to consider our requirements before spending any time inquiring or applying as any applicant with less than 5 years of documented field supervisory roles will not be considered. Continued success, project-after-project, requires a great investment of your time in the field, and we reward that investment.

We only entertain hiring experienced supers who have a firm understanding of the varying dynamics experienced on the job site and the different types of personalities encountered in the field. Firmly understanding how to manage people and relationships in this work environment is key to success. Implementing requests and orders to sub contractors in a respectful and tactful manner while maintaining professionalism is always a must.
