A superintendent’s experience can be the key difference in how smoothly a project runs. Supers on Demand supers all have a minimum of 5 years experience as full time supers actively working in the field. With an average field experience level of 15 years, our corporate GC partners demand that we only provide them with seasoned veterans. Respectfully, we ask all applicants of Supers on Demand to consider our requirements before spending any time inquiring or applying as any applicant with less than 5 years of documented field supervisory roles will not be considered. Continued success, project-after-project, requires a great investment of your time in the field, and we reward that investment.

We only entertain hiring experienced supers who have a firm understanding of the varying dynamics experienced on the job site and the different types of personalities encountered in the field.
